Don't Fall for Fad DietsMost fad diets will help people lose weight quickly, but the problem lies in that once the individual stops the diet, all of the weight comes back. A lot of fad diets are extremely low in calories or focus on one or two types of foods, so once that is stopped and regular eating resumes, a lot more calories are taken in, resulting in weight gain. Diet and exercise are the single most important tips on losing weight. When it becomes a habit to eat healthy and workout regularly, the weight will come off and it will stay off.
